We are the leading whisky tour operator in Scotland providing luxury transport with fully trained guides and Thomas Beedie, 1st Group Tours and services business owner and whiskey connoisseur, is renowned for providing a first class service.
Thomas believes that it's important that every customer receives a first class service and a bespoke tour that suits their needs and budget.
He says there is a whisky for everyone and that there is a simple rule for drinking it: there is no right or wrong way, you drink it just how you would like to yourself.

Details of Our Whisky Tours
Our 1 Day Tour
Picking up around 8:00 am with a big welcome dram and an introduction to the day’s events. There are visits to two distilleries. Refreshments supplied en route.
Minimum group size of 6 maximum group size of 8.
Example of vehicle: Mercedes Luxury minibus 7 seater complete with table.
Total cost includes entry to the distilleries and sample drams, excludes lunch.

Whisky Tasting
This can be in your own home or in one of our venues.
Let us immerse you into the world of whisky: learn about whisky from the field to the
bottle with an open discussion regarding all aspects of its distillation.
You will have the opportunity to taste some unbelievably great drams from our own special casks as well
as from top brands.
You will hear some cracking stories about whisky, the session completing with the all important ‘guess Dhu game’.
Guide price £85 per person.
Cask Sales
We sell casks from distilleries from all over Scotland and as brokers we give honest
and professional advice.
Having seen the actual casks, we provide customers with original certificates.
All our prices include eight years secure warehousing in a bonded warehouse and eight
years insurance giving our customers peace of mind.
Our prices for new newmake spirit hogs head cask bourbon and sherry casks start at
£5,000 going up to £16,000. We also provide a cask sharing option starting from £3,800 for a half share with our
company.
We will not only sell you a cask, we will look after it, and we will provide you with an
update every six months on movements in the market.
Our past customers have seen very significant returns from cask investments.

We provide welcome packs for your booking, please discuss with us if you require a
fuller shopping list of requirements for your arrival, so that you have nothing to go out
